The time between holidays, I swear there was a day or two last week when I didn’t know what day it was… the past week have been filled with eating food, followed by more food, followed by sweets, and let’s not forget wine. Lots of wine.

Noah has enjoyed the family stopping by different days and he had play dates with his friends. Noah has gotten so many wonderful present, he is truly so lucky to be so loved.

But now to a real question is what the hell are we going to do now, if Noah doesn’t listen?

We had Santa for past four months, but now that Santa is back at North Pole and Christmas has passed, how the hell are we going to gain leverage to “Encourage” good behaviour. Don’t give me that look, you know what I mean…

In our house it goes like this…

Noah, can you please clean up your toys?…. after ten times me asking the same thing…. I simple say “fine, don’t do it Santa is watching and he is not going to be rewarding you with any gifts cause you do not listen” And just like that the toys are being cleaned up … Easy peasy, as they say..

Last year we used Santa all year long, but I think Noah is getting too big for this. Noah thought that all security cameras are installed so Santa can watch us all time, that was genius.

The year before that he was fascinated with being a good boy for Jesus, I was so proud of him and we use that “Jesus is watching” phrase A LOT.

This gets more complicated as he is getting bigger and smarter.

If you have any good ideas let me know please. Sometimes we just need a little help parenting.
