It was a Saturday morning, I woke up to a beautiful sunny and crisp fall day. Saturday’s are really busy for us with house work, Noah’s swim class and running errands. Last weekend however I took 2 hours just for myself and headed to a facial appointment at my favourite spa (MA Natural Beauty). I had Enzyma-Acid facial, which I try to have at least 4-6 treatments every two weeks. It seriously does wonders to my skin. I have a dry/dehydrated skin and with weather getting cooler my skin becomes dryer and needs a little more love than usual.
An enzyme peel is a blend of natural fruit ingredients (enzymes) and it is also one of the gentlest methods of exfoliation. Enzyme face peels remove top layers of skin to exfoliate and expedite cell turnover, leading to a fresher looking and more glowing skin. The procedures are used to treat skin problems such as wrinkles and fine lines, dull skin, smoker skin, , tired skin, acne scars, hyper-pigmentation, and blotches, thickening of skin and sun damage.
I also wore this warm giant turtleneck sweater from Loop & Stitch. The sweater definitely kept me warm, especially that same morning we got our first snow fall.
